Step 2 — Submit Your Measurements
Send us a photo of your fireplace area or the exact dimensions of your firebox. Our team will use that information to prepare your fully customized CAD drawings at no additional cost.

Step 3 — Review and Approve Your CAD Drawings
We’ll send the drawings directly to your inbox for review. Once you’ve confirmed everything looks right and given your approval, production begins immediately. Please note that modifications cannot be accommodated after the approval stage.

🚚 Production & Shipping Timeline
Production lead time: 2 – 3 weeks following CAD approval
LTL freight delivery: 3 – 5 business days after shipment, depending on destination

Important delivery information:
Your freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be aware that the carrier is responsible for curbside delivery only — the surround will be left at the exterior of your property and will not be brought inside. We strongly recommend arranging assistance to move the piece indoors on the day of delivery.
Upon receipt, conduct a thorough inspection of the product within 24 hours. Minor surface chips can occur during freight transit and are easily addressed with the included repair kit. In the event of significant damage, document it with photographs immediately and contact us — we will resolve the issue promptly.
